SAP Donates Computers to Start-ups through Fund-raising

Software Application (SAP), a major player in the enterprise application software sector, has donated computers to Information Technology entrepreneurs, through an organised fund-raising, which was held in Lekki, Lagos, recently.

The fund-raising was done to mark this year’s physical fitness day organised by SAP, in conjunction with Fate Foundation. About 50 SAP Nigerian employees and partners participated in a Corporate Walk and Fitness programme.

As part of the company’s commitment to help business ‘start-ups’, a fund raiser to solicit donations was held in partnership with Fate Foundation, a non-governmental organisation that promotes business and entrepreneurial development in Nigeria.

Proceeds from the fund-raising were used to purchase desktop computers, which were presented through Fate Foundation to deserving entrepreneurs.
