SEATTLE, August 31, 2016 /3BL Media/ – The 100,000 Opportunities Initiative, the country’s largest employer-led coalition committed to creating pathways to meaningful employment for young people, today announced that it has met its goal of employing 100,000 Opportunity Youth, the population of 16-24 year olds who are out of work and not in school, two years ahead of schedule. The coalition, formed in July 2015, is now aligning with the cross-sector goal of creating one million opportunities by 2021.
