Automaker partners with Best Friends Animal Society to host first-ever pet adoption event inside booth at the auto show
LOS ANGELES, November 28, 2018/3BL Media/ – Subaru of America, Inc. today announced it will be hosting a pet adoption event during the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show. Through a partnership with Best Friends Animal Society’s No Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) initiative, the adoption event is aimed at finding pets great homes in the Los Angeles (LA) community.
Lockheed Martin employees participated in over 60 volunteer events, donated more than 170,000 volunteer hours and raised more than $8.2 million for 3,885 charitable organizations during the company’s fifth-annual “Month of Giving” in October.

Kicking off today, the Subaru Share the Love Event has raised over $7 million for national parks to date
WASHINGTON, December 7, 2018 /3BL Media/ - It’s the season of gratitude, and once again, the National Park Foundation is thankful for support from Subaru for national parks through its annual Subaru Share the Love Event kicking off today through January 2. Now in its 11th year, the event has raised over $7 million for national parks, with 2017 proceeds enabling the National Park Foundation to contribute nearly $2 million to national park waste reduction and public awareness efforts.

As the largest food processing company in the U.S., Tyson Foods supports hunger relief in a big way. In 2015, we put a stake in the ground when we pledged $50 million in cash and in-kind donations over a five-year period to fight hunger. That pledge is known as the “50-in-5” commitment.
