New York, April 30, 2015 /3BL Media/ – JPMorgan Chase & Co. announced today that it will donate up to $1 million from its foundation and employees to help support relief efforts and those affected by the earthquake in Nepal. Grants totaling $450,000 from the JPMorgan Chase Foundation will go to CARE, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the American Red Cross – three leading organizations on the ground in Nepal and the region helping to provide first aid, search and rescue, temporary shelter, ready-to-eat meals, water purification and personal hygiene items.
