SABMiller’s summary report highlights three of the most material sustainable development issues for the business: its economic contribution, the role of beer in society and tackling resource scarcity through the water-food-energy nexus. The report also explains SABMiller’s 10 sustainable development priorities – used to integrate SD into the day to day management of the business – and describes the key initiatives and partnerships underway to address them.

SABMiller plc is one of the world’s leading brewers with more than 200 beer brands and some 70,000 employees in over 75 countries. SABMiller also has growing businesses in soft drinks and is one of the world’s largest bottlers of Coca-Cola products.
