The report outlines the company’s performance in respect of sustainability issues during 2009, as well as the approaches used to address each issue, including policies, management processes and performance measures.

The report complies with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and has been verified at Application Level A+. This is the company’s most comprehensive report to date, with progress in both the GRI and the International Council on Mining and Metals Sustainable Development Framework independently reviewed by Environmental Resources Management.
