CNH Industrial Mentoring Program for Female Leaders
CNH Industrial has recently completed the second edition of its Female Leader Mentoring Program in Brazil. This is just one of the many actions the company is taking in the arena of gender equity. During the program male employees in senior leadership positions shared their experience and knowledge in order to contribute to the professional development of nine women leaders.
For Gisele Broca, one of this year’s participants, commented, “participating in the Female Leadership Mentoring Program, in a year as challenging as 2020, was not only an experience of self-knowledge, but also an opportunity to extend interpersonal relationships, which is all the more important when we were focused on maintaining physical distance.”
This initiative aims to strengthen the Company’s culture of inclusivity and the pipeline of female leaders. Furthermore, it facilitates the exchange of experiences between different professional profiles and generates a collaborative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
