Leonardo Academy Opens West Coast Office

Leonardo Academy is pleased to announce that our West Coast office is open for business.  Led by Jessica Loeper, a long-time Leonardo Academy employee, our California branch will be available to conveniently handle the sustainable building needs of our West Coast clients.  Leonardo Academy’s new office is located at 1345 Santa Fe Avenue in Berkeley, California.

Our Madison, Wisconsin office remains available to assist clients with a full range of sustainability services.

Programs and Services
Leonardo Academy works on a broad range of sustainability issues and provides comprehensive sustainability services to help companies, organizations, families and individuals implement sustainability. Our services include organizational sustainability assessments and implementation; emissions footprints, reduction strategies and offsets, LEED® for sustainable buildings assessments, implementation, certification application preparation, and recertification application preparation; sustainable land management; sustainability training; and sustainability standard development.

About Jessica Loeper
Jessica Loeper joined Leonardo Academy in 2008 after serving as a City Planner for the City of Anaheim, where she specialized in environmental programs and incentives for the community. Jessica earned a BA in Social and Behavioral Sciences from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine.

Jessica is a LEED® Accredited Professional with her primary focus on LEED for Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance. Jessica focuses on LEED assessments/gap analyses, LEED project implementation, certification, and certification reviews, and provides LEED-focused training. Her main objective is to work with building owners, managers, and building occupants on LEED® implementation and certification projects. Jessica truly enjoys finding ways to bring sustainable practices from concept to reality in order to make buildings healthier places to live and work.
